How to change the default minutes types in the organizers

You can disable some minutes types for the organizers, because it doesn't make sense to use them for these items, leaving only the types you really use and need enabled. You can remove the Repair and Maintenance types from personnel organizers.

  1. Open the organizer where you want to change the minutes types
  2. Open the organizer settings
  3. Go to the "Minutes and activities" tab
  4. Turn off the unnecessary minutes type

Minutes types will now not be offered to you when you write minutes. You can reactivate them at any time if necessary.
